The thing that you have to always consider before opting to sign up is how good the webhosting’s uptime is. Lunarpages uptime is claimed to be 99.9. When Lunarpages hosted my website, I found a lot of the times my site was down.This caused me to lose alot of my clients and eventually I ended up moving on. I also had a lot of trouble learning the interface of Lunarpages. Normally I’m used to using WYSIWYG software and most of the time everything is spelled out for you. I didn’t find that with Lunarpages. At the time I was a newbie when it came to website building so working with Lunarpages was a bit confusing for me. I wouldn’t recommend Lunarpages for someone who is just starting out.

I wouldn’t consider Lunarpages to be a shabby webhosting company. I would recommend anyone to try them. If you strongly believe that customer service is the essence of any company then Lunarpages just might be the webhosting company for you.
